Experienced Software Engineer working in Wireless Software Industry
Introduction about myself
My name is Dheeraj Malhotra and I am currently employed at Axis Communications AB (Sweden) as an Experienced Engineer, working in 4G/5G Domain for connected products . Prior to joining Axis, I worked in Ericsson AB (Sweden) as a Baseband Developer for 5G NR based products. Other than the companies based in Sweden, I have experience of working in organizations like Hughes Systique (For Hughes Network Systems and Aeroflex), Samsung Research Institute and Aricent Technologies (For Nokia Siemens Networks) for wireless technologies (4G/3G/2.5G) in the lower layers (Layer 2 and Layer 1). I have traveled across multiple client locations including Hughes Communication Systems (US), Aeroflex (UK) and Samsung (South Korea) for long term assignments for various development based projects.
I am from New Delhi (India) and completed my post graduation in “Masters in Computer Applications (MCA)” from Jamia Millia Islamia University (Delhi) in 2009 and graduation in “Bachelor of Applied Sciences (Electronics(Hons))” from Delhi University in 2006.
Hobby wise, Playing cricket in my passion. I am a Top order batsman and a Medium fast bowler and have won multiple awards for my performances in India, UK, South Korea and Sweden.
Motivation Behind writing this Blog
The purpose of starting this website for blogs is to share the knowledge that i have gained from different books, resources on internet, development and different type of testings that I did while working in the industry.
Ideally, I should have started writing these blogs long back, when i started working in 2.5G (GPRS) but due to lack of knowledge and motivation at that time, i never started writing before. Now i feel that i am in a better position to write something and that it is time to give something back to the society through knowledge sharing. I’ll try to share whatever i have learnt or experienced, with the help of my regular blog entries on this website.
